The 1.2 million liter beer expansion project of Tsingtao Beer Pingdu Smart Industry Demonstration Park is the first phase project of the industrial Demonstration Park, including a new 50,000 bottle production line and 21 brewing fermenters. It is expected to be completed and put into operation in June this year. By then, Tsingtao Beer No. 3 Plant will become the largest beer industry base in Asia and an intelligent beer production center with world-class hardware configuration.
The project was started during the period of COVID-19. In order to ensure the early start, early construction and early completion of the roof skylight construction project, Roda Skylight actively cooperated and coordinated the construction team immediately to ensure the smooth and efficient completion of the construction. The whole installation project cycle only took 10 days!
The electric fire and smoke exhaust skylight is opened in the fire linkage to achieve the purpose of smoke exhaust. It can also be used as ventilation and heat extraction in peacetime. In addition, we customized a special insect control net for the customer to prevent mosquitoes from entering the factory through the skylight when it is opened, which will affect the beer processing, thus solving the customer's previous troubles.
With the advanced integrated, prefabricated product design concept, Roda Skylight solves a series of problems that have been troubling the skylight industry, such as complex on-site construction, difficult quality control, easy leakage of skylight, and long construction cycle. The manufacturing center of the factory has advanced imported automation equipment, which ensures the quality of products while efficiently completing the production of the project.
