Headquartered in Germany, Liebherr is one of the world's largest manufacturers of construction machinery and equipment. Dalian Liebherr's earliest factory, built in 2002, was mainly for excavators and driving parts. With the national requirements on environmental protection, fire and smoke exhaust becoming more and more standardized and strict, the original construction machinery assembly workshop workshop only designed the roof lighting belt and a small number of ventilation skylights, unable to meet the existing national standards of smoke exhaust requirements.
The Technical Department of roda Group has done partial demolition and renovation of the original lighting belt and skylight in accordance with the national smoke exhaust requirements, and added the latest Roda Smoak triangle pneumatic fire exhaust skylight, which not only solves the problem of the customer's fire and smoke exhaust requirements, but also greatly improves the lighting and ventilation conditions of the existing workshop.
In the process of reconstruction, the method of demolition and installation was adopted, which had almost no interference and influence on the customer's production process. The main skylight reconstruction was completed in about a week, and the renovated skylight was watertight, which received unanimous praise from customers.
