01 Four days, three nights, 108 kilometers

On May 14, 2023, the eighth Chinese Urban Gobi Elite Challenge ended successfully in the deep Aksai Ancient Road, Gansu Province, China. On this ancient and magical land, Guanghua people bring the maximum freedom with their legs, sweat and tears, enjoy pure happiness, understand and harvest in every step, and finally find their ideal shape.

In this year, Su Fujun and Hu Xinran from Guanghua set out on behalf of the company, which lasted for 4 days and 3 nights, 108 kilometers. They pushed forward, encouraged each other, overcame difficulties and challenged themselves.

02 Push the limits of your body and discover a stronger version of yourself

Haruki Murakami once said: "I am more than yesterday, even if only a little, is more important. If there is an opponent we must overcome, it is my old self."

Hiking is not to conquer anything, nor to surpass anyone, only to insist on moving forward step by step, to challenge yourself, temper the soul, to find a more powerful self deep inside.

03 Seek the meaning of life

Walk in the wind and the world will embrace you. You will find that you have fallen in love with the pleasure of sweating, quietly enjoying the beautiful scenery of nature, and the predicament outside will be dispersed with the wind, eliminating exhaustion and pressure. Your soul is not bound. You can enjoy the dialogue between yourself and your heart, feel everything in life, and explore the meaning of life!

Return in triumph

04 Perception of Chengo

On the hike, Gradually found that the meaning of hiking is not only scenery, but also health and happiness. On the way to meet is not only another world, there is a better self.

01 Fujun Su:

Don't put limits on yourself. Your potential is beyond your imagination

Due to lack of exercise and poor knees, walking more than 20,000 steps a day will cause dull pain. So I dare not think about 108km or desert hiking. But take it as it comes. Now that we're here, no matter how hard it is, we'll finish it. On the first day of 27km, the first half of the course was very easy, but the knee began to suffer at the second half. Fortunately, the distance to the finish line was not very far, and with the help of hiking poles, I finished the course smoothly. The result was not particularly bad, but my knee was obviously suffering. There are more people living in tents at night, so they sleep late and wake up early, so the knee recovery is not ideal. However, the second day was the most difficult and longest road in the whole four days, and it was also the official start of recording the results, and the team doctor put on bandages, and started to walk slowly. By the way, I also took care of another female team member who also had knee problems, and I fell to the end of the team not long after the start, which was a very long journey of about 30 km. About a third of the way through the race, the women withdrew with a swollen knee. There were a variety of participants along the way. Some were too old and physically ill to walk slowly, some were limping because of improper shoes, and some were a 16-year-old junior high school student who came out to experience physical exhaustion. The journey was long, the last few people also pulled a long distance, the sun was scorching, accompanied by dust and small tornadoes. The finishing staff suggested giving up getting on the bus for many times. The leader of the group also stressed the importance of experience on the intercom all the way. Don't hold hard and give up getting on the bus as soon as possible.

Every pursuit, in the face of difficulties, it is easy to give up, insist on it is difficult, but again difficult we can overcome. This is also the spirit of Guanghua has always emphasized, I can not give Guanghua and Huang Manager lose face.

The hours are long and the journey is difficult. The pain in the knee has gone numb and the leg has been unable to bend for a long time. The whole day ended in 10 hours, and after nine and a half hours, I finally arrived at the finish line as the last one.

Look on the other hand, all the impossible, in your persistence will become possible. Give yourself a challenge several times in life. Believe in yourself. You can do it. Refueling

02 XinRan Hu

In these four days and three nights, looking at the sky and the earth in the Gobi and desert, the most difficult thing for me was not to walk the 108 kilometers, but to measure the 108 kilometers of land under the constant challenge of my physical and mental limits. Starting is very important, but long-term persistence is more important. You will find that people who walk in front of you at the beginning are surpassed by you one by one, and small goals are completed one by one. Only by continuous efforts can you become the first!

After the baptism of 108 kilometers, I feel that we must have a firm spirit and persistent willpower, and it is the same in the project. We can decompose a big goal into countless small goals to solve one by one, and have the determination and perseverance to complete it, so that we can complete our small goals step by step and finally complete the big goals!

Guanghua people, your struggle will be great!
Chenggo 9th, bye!
