Technical Description
1. Waterproof: The triangular skylight adopts all-aluminum alloy structure, the whole window is integrated into the site, the thickness of the aluminum alloy profile is ≥1.5mm, the weight per square meter is ≤17kg, the skylight is nailless and glueless, the structure is waterproof, with internal drainage In the system, no rubber strips should be used between the sun board and the profile to avoid the hidden danger of water leakage.
2. Strength: The window sash adopts a rectangular aluminum alloy structure, and the height of the window sash profile is not less than 100mm to ensure the structural strength of the window sash. The window frame is an aluminum plate with a thickness of ≥ 1.5mm, which is integrally welded. The connection of the window sash and window frame adopts European standard hinges. Ensure that the wind pressure resistance of the whole window is ≥2000Pa.
3. Insulation: The heat transfer coefficient K value of the whole window is less than or equal to 2.7W/m2*K.
4. Window sash: When the window sash is closed, it forms an angle of 6° with the horizontal plane, and the opening angle is greater than 70°. The lighting material is 16mm (K=2.2W/m2*K) thick three-layer two-cavity, milky white semi-transparent solar panel, light transmittance ≥30%, anti-ultraviolet coating ≥80μm, ten-year quality assurance.
5. Control system: It adopts electric automatic opening and closing method, one window opening machine controls one window sash, the window opening machine voltage is 24V, power is 30W, the control box should meet the requirements of fire control linkage control, and has the whole window fire protection certification.
